Custom Amazon dashboards, built per brand

Your whole Amazon account, pointed in one direction.

7 Arrows builds one command center around your catalog: PPC changes you approve, a keyword command center, organic and sponsored rank, Search Query Performance, profit down to the fee, inventory and alerts. One login. No more nine tabs.

The problem

Your data lives in nine tabs. Your decisions shouldn't.

Ads console for spend. Seller Central for sales. Brand Analytics for search terms. A fee report, an inventory sheet, a rank tool, a bulk file you export every Monday. Each one is right about its own slice and blind to the rest. A 7 Arrows build pulls every source into one account model, refreshed on a schedule, so the number you act on is the same number in every screen.

Your account model
One login. One set of numbers.
  • Refreshed on a schedule, as often as every 5 minutes
  • Up to two years of history backfilled
  • Every screen reads the same account model
  • Sample data is always labeled, never passed off as yours
Inside every build

Seven arrows. One quiver.

Every 7 Arrows dashboard starts from these seven modules, then bends to your catalog. Each one reads the same account model, so a keyword's rank, its ad spend and its share of the market sit on one row.

Arrow 01

Morning briefing

Today's revenue, hour by hour, scored against its own trailing 7-day average. Stock risk, ACoS against target, suppressed listings and account health on the same screen. Three minutes, then you know what the day needs.

Hourly revenue, today vs 7-day
Stock risk: 2 SKUs in Sleep systems under 21 days of cover
ACoS over target: Sleep systems at 25.1% against 22%
Suppressed listings: none. Account health: healthy

PPC on approval

Engines propose budget, placement and revival changes with the evidence attached. Your team approves. Guardrails, an action ledger and a rollback sit behind every write, and dayparting applies your budget windows every five minutes.

Cut to your brand

Same quiver. Different brand. Different build.

A 7 Arrows dashboard starts from your catalog, not from a template. Pick a brand to see how the same modules take a different shape.

  • Product lines carry their own break-even ACoS, so a target that fits one line never gets applied to another.
  • Your brand terms, misspellings included, stay out of generic opportunity lists.
  • Portfolios map to lines with strict rules, so no line is ever handed another's spend.
  • Each teammate's login sees only the modules you choose. Your credentials are encrypted and scoped to your account.
  • Marketplaces across North America, Europe and the Far East, in one account model.

Example brands and figures. Every build shows a sample-data badge until your accounts are connected.

PPC

PPC that answers to profit, not clicks.

Four engines read your stored numbers every few hours and propose changes with the evidence attached. Nothing reaches Amazon until someone on your team approves it. Every write is checked against live state, logged with its before and after, and reversible.

Runs daily

Budget guard

Raises the daily budget of campaigns that hit their cap and convert. Holds the ones where more money will not fix it. Reports how each portfolio is pacing.

On demand

Zero-click revival

Finds enabled campaigns with no clicks and raises top-of-search only where the effective bid is what is holding them back.

Runs weekly

Placement optimizer

Moves each campaign's placement modifiers toward the placement that converts for it and off the one that bleeds.

Fee monitor

Flags an ASIN whose referral fee crossed its threshold, with the price it was quoted at and how long the run has lasted.

Enabled is not delivering

Amazon's own serving status tells you which targets are really live. Most tools count "enabled". Yours will count "delivering", so bids and budgets go to keywords that can actually spend.

Rank and search

Where you really rank, and what the market actually searches.

Two views most tools sell separately, on one screen and one account model: your organic and sponsored position read from live results, and Amazon's own report of every query that surfaced your products.

Rank tracker

Ten days, one median, five states

Positions are scraped from live Amazon search results in California, New York, Texas, Pennsylvania and Florida, up to three times a day. Each day's cell is the median of the five, so a single bot-walled region cannot poison the number. Sponsored position is captured in the same pass. Newest day first.

How it works

From first call to first morning briefing.

Step 1

Discovery call

Thirty minutes on your catalog, your marketplaces and the questions you need answered every morning. You leave with a scope and a date.

Step 2

Connect

You authorize Amazon Ads API and Selling Partner API access from your own account. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Nothing changes on Amazon without your approval.

Step 3

Build

We assemble your modules, map product lines and portfolios, load brand terms and break-even targets, and backfill up to two years of history.

Step 4

Launch and iterate

A walkthrough with your team, logins scoped per role, then tuning as your catalog and your questions change.

Investment
Most builds land around $5k.

That covers the discovery call, the build itself, connecting your Amazon accounts and a launch walkthrough. A three-line brand and a forty-ASIN catalog are not the same project, so every build is scoped to your catalog and goals. Let's talk.

Every build includes
  • Discovery and a written scope
  • All seven core modules, cut to your catalog
  • Amazon Ads API and Selling Partner API connection, encrypted at rest
  • Up to two years of sales, ads and fee history backfilled
  • Product lines, brand terms and break-even targets configured
  • Team logins with per-role scoping and two-factor authentication
  • Launch walkthrough with your team
Questions

Things brands ask before the call.

Is this software or a service?
Both. You get a working dashboard built for your brand, delivered as a project. We do the building and the connecting; your team does the deciding, every day, inside it.
Does it change my campaigns automatically?
No. Engines propose; a person approves. Each approved change is checked against Amazon's live state before it is sent, logged with its previous value, and can be rolled back. Guardrails cap how much can change in a day, account-wide and per portfolio.
Which marketplaces does it support?
Amazon Ads profiles across North America, Europe and the Far East, and Selling Partner API data for the marketplaces you sell in. Multi-marketplace catalogs live in one account model.
Do I need Brand Registry?
Only for Search Query Performance, which Amazon provides through Brand Analytics. Everything else works without it.
Who on my team sees what?
Each login can be scoped to the modules you choose, so an agency PPC manager sees PPC and keywords while finance sees profit and fees. Two-factor authentication is built in, credentials are encrypted at rest, and your data is isolated to your account.
Can AI assistants use it?
Yes. Every build ships with an MCP server, so an assistant such as Claude can read your account intelligence and file proposals into the approval inbox. It never writes to Amazon directly, and the access tokens expire on a schedule.
How long does a build take?
It depends on catalog size and how many modules you need. You get a date on the discovery call, and history starts backfilling the day your accounts are connected.
What does it cost?
Most builds land around $5k. Every project is scoped on the call, based on your catalog, marketplaces and the modules you need.
